- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped (or jar)
- Small can of tomato sauce
- Small can of tomatoes
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
- ½ bag of frozen green beans, any style
- 1 teaspoon each basil and oregano
- Sea Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese if desired
Cook garlic and onions in olive oil
Add the rest of ingredients and heat thoroughly
