• 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic chopped (or jar)
  • Small can of tomato sauce
  • Small can of tomatoes
  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • ½ bag of frozen green beans, any style
  • 1 teaspoon each basil and oregano
  • Sea Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese if desired


Cook garlic and onions in olive oil

Add the rest of ingredients and heat thoroughly
